Kambal Sa Uma - Full Trailer

"Kambal sa Uma" is a television remake of 1978 hit movie which starred Rio Locsin.

The TV remake will be topbilled by Melissa Ricks and Shaina Magdayao. In supporting roles are Rio Locsin, Gina Alajar, Jason Abalos, Matt Evans, Lotlot de Leon, Noni Buencamino, Carlo Guevara, Jay-R Siaboc, Bangs Garcia and many more. Under the direction of Manny Palo and Rechie del Carmen.

"Kambal sa Uma" Soon on ABS-CBN

ABS-CBN is set to make a television version of 1978 hit movie "Kambal sa Uma (Twins on the Farm)."

Kambal sa Uma was created by novelists Jim Fernandez and Ernie Santiago and first published on Pinoy Komiks. It was adapted to movie by well-acclaimed director Joey Gosiengfiao and stars Rio Locsin as Ella, Orestes Ojeda, Al Tantay, and Julie Ann Fortich. Introducing then were showbiz siblings Dennis Roldan and Isabel Rivas.

In the television version, young actress Melissa Ricks will play as Ella - a half-human half-rat character, Shaina Magdayao as Vira, and Rio Locsin, who plays Ella in the movie adaptation, now as Milagros - Ella's mother.

Other stars included in the cast are actors Bing Davao, Allan Paule, Nonie Buencamino, Valerie “Bangs” Garcia, Jordan Herrera, Matt Evans and Jason Abalos.

Kambal sa Uma is set to be a daily afternoon series happening only this summer on ABS-CBN.
